Collection: Cold Brew

Cold brew coffee is made by steeping ground coffee in room-temperature water for 12 or more hours, then it is filtered, chilled, and served concentrated, over ice, or diluted with water. Cold brew coffee can also be made in advance with the intention of heating it up, without the unpleasant taste of traditional hot coffee that has been reheated.

The cold brew process extracts smooth, rich flavors with almost zero acidity and bitterness often found in hot coffee.
