Refunds/Returns
As coffee is a perishable item and all of our beans are roasted and ground to order, we are unable to accept returns on any coffee product. However, we are committed to delivering the absolute best in customer satisfaction.
If your are dissatisfied in any way with your order, please contact us at customerservice@redactedcoffee.com within 30 days of your purchase. If a refund is issued, it will immediately be refunded to your original payment method; depending on bank or credit cart, there may be a delay in their processing and posting of the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
